Ar. Alis Marlinna, Principal of Aralis Architect and a registered architect with LAM, brings over 20 years of experience in the architectural field. A graduate of Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (2002), she has a distinguished career specializing in design and planning. Her recent notable portfolio includes a 65-storey mixed-use development in Kuala Lumpur, and she has served as a Project Director for a major transit-oriented project in the KLCC precinct, amongst others.

Alis’ expertise spans both local and international projects, including the proposed redevelopment of Madejski Stadium in the UK and diverse design proposals across Southeast Asia and the Middle East. In 2024, after nearly two decades at NRY Architects, where she rose to Director and COO, Alis founded Aralis Architect with the vision of returning to the core values of architecture—working closely with clients to deliver personalized and meaningful design solutions that resonate on a human level.

Aralis Architect offers comprehensive architectural consultancy services, from concept to completion, specializing in residential projects, renovations, hotels and resorts, as well as architectural concept and master plan proposals. Alis' client-focused approach and her deep understanding of Malaysia’s building regulations ensure a thoughtful, efficient, and highly personalized experience.
